QUICK ANSWERS

Frequently Asked Questions

Select a question to open the answer, or search the FAQ below.

Should pizza cones remain frozen until use?
Yes. Keep all pizza cones frozen until they are required for use.
What should I do with a new tray before first use?
Remove all protective plastic from the tray and wash it before first use.
What is the difference between Mini and Maxi Pizza Cones?
Mini and Maxi are different cone sizes intended for different serving, menu and business applications. Use the Mini and Maxi knowledge pages above for the current product information and guidance.
How many cones does UniTray12 hold?
UniTray12 has 12 positions. It can hold 12 Mini Pizza Cones, or 6 Maxi and 6 Mini Pizza Cones simultaneously.
What does the Unicus Adaptor do?
The factory-fitted Unicus Adaptor is mounted beneath UniTray12. It engages the vertical rotating shafts in UniOven and UniView so the complete tray can rotate for more even heat distribution.
Is the Unicus Adaptor required?
It is required when you want powered rotation of UniTray12 in UniOven or UniView. A UniTray12 without the adaptor does not mechanically engage those rotating shafts.
How is UniOven heated?
UniOven uses LP gas for its heating function, not electrical heating elements. It is designed around one rotating UniTray12.
How is UniView heated?
UniView uses LP gas for its heating function, not electrical heating elements. It holds two UniTray12 trays.
